Adrian Quetglas Restaurant

We went for dinner following a recommendation and I am glad we did:
Very warm welcome and super friendly service to start with - but the star is the food here of course. We choose the eight course menu and enjoyed every one. Nice wines with that as well. So overall 5 stars, Great price value

Amazing food and mediocre service. The dinner took 4 hours in total…at the very end, no matter how good the food is, it becomes unbearable.

Also noticed that two tables around me who arrived later, had food faster than I do. At the end I was so sleepy and just asked for the bill, and still got ignored. I had to escalate again when I saw another table that finished the dessert later than me but got the bill first……it was just frustrating.

Regarding the food, the squid with rice and the passion fruit dessert are my two favorites.

The tasting menu was a nice surprise - creative, well prepared, and also beautifully presented And all at a yery reasonable price. Service was kind and responsive. Inside and outside seating available.

It was our last night in Palma and we decided to go for a fine dining experience - this one was definitely up there with the best. We had the 8 course tasting menu and it’s super affordable and absolutely delicious!! The creativity of the dishes and the complex flavours was truly superb - we enjoyed every course we had although for anyone wanting to do it please please don’t eat a late lunch. We were stuffed by our own fault!!
Service was super attentive and kind and we will definitely be back next time we’re in Mallorca

The place is lovely and the service is excellent. We went for dinner for the eight course menu. I would say my favorite are the first four courses and then the last two. The Caesar tacos were amazing, probably my favorite. The mushroom consome was delicious as well! The last two courses were the dessert offerings and they were absolutely delicious. I didn't care for the two main courses in the middle of the meal but overall it was a great experience!
