Be Live Experience Costa Palma

This is definitely not a four-star hotel. The building is old, worn out, and seems like it has never been renovated. There is no digital air conditioning, only some kind of old heater or whatever it is. The TV isn’t a smart one, so I could only watch channels in Spanish, which I don’t understand.

Interestingly, for the first three nights we didn’t even have covers on the duvets – just stained blankets that were never changed. The minibar was empty, and there were even opened sweets left from previous guests. There was no kettle, coffee, or tea either. For three days, we didn’t get new glasses. The safe in the room didn’t work either.

There are no power outlets on both sides of the bed. The only positive things are the location and the friendly lady at the reception.

Overall, it’s not worth the money I paid. I’m attaching photos with this review.

Do not stay in B.Live Hotels. Cleanliness an issue, staff with no experience and inability to communicate, no room service, no pool service, cold, inedible buffet breakfast. Hotel shabby and badly in need of upgrade. Only positive point is the stunning location on beautiful beach, 2 mins from hotel. Management nonexistent. We left , disappointed.

Amazing all around. Comfortable beds amazing view and very nice staff. Breakfast is good with a lot of options.
The pool is beautiful and never full so always sun beds available. Amazing location next to one of the prettiest sand beaches I have been to, also many good restaurant and grocery stores nearby.
Only small complain is that the walls was very “thin” we could easily hear the other people in the rooms next door, but fortunately for us this was not a big problem

I had a wonderful vacation at Hotel Ne Live Experience! The service was excellent, and the entire team made our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to the amazing animation team especially Fairouz and Doha at the Kids Club for their kindness, energy, and the fun activities they organized. The shows were also fantastic! Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Be Live Experience Costa Palma and had a mixed but overall decent experience. Our original room was very small, but thanks to the kind help of Valeria at the front desk, we received an upgrade—which made a big difference. The hotel itself is quite basic and a bit dated, not it is clean and the stunning sea view from our room truly made up for it. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, though we found the restaurant staff less welcoming. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. A good stay if you’re looking for a nice location and great views.
