I am writing because I left the restaurant very disappointed with the overall experience. The meat itself was nothing special — supposedly dry-aged, yet lacking any real character in flavor. We were not even asked for the preferred cuisson, and of course it came overcooked on every outer part of the piece.
Also, the portion of “1.250 kg” is frankly a joke. Without the bone, there was barely 400 g of actual meat. Charging 170€ for that is extremely excessive.
Then the side dishes… not included and charged separately per piece? Patata + peppers counted twice? Even the sparkling water bottle was served without asking and then added to the bill. You even charge for grissini?
The final bill came to nearly 250€ without any wine — the price of a Michelin-star restaurant in Switzerland. And even as a Swiss guest, I was shocked by these practices. This feels like a tourist trap that is not trying to build a long-term reputation, but simply taking advantage of customers for profit.
For the quality received, especially the poorly cooked meat, I strongly do not recommend this restaurant.

I totally recommend Brasa Madre in Palma very friendly, great product cooked with care and you can tell even from the olives and dips that the chef cares and is very talented. Excellent wine on offer to great combinations all round. We will definitely be back next time we are in Palma

The food and service here were amazing! From the moment I walked in I knew I had made a good choice on where to have dinner. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The decor was inviting. And the food and drinks were delicious. I really couldn't have asked for more. The food was prepared perfectly. I highly recommend coming and enjoying a nice meal at Brasa Madre.
