DINS Santi Taura

This was a truly unforgettable experience - we sat at the bar & loved a view into the kitchen & having Santi Taura explain each of the courses. Every detail was fantastic, starting with hot towels steamed with rosemary from Santi’s garden. Each course was so well-thought out & payed homage to Mallorca’s culinary history yet executed with Santi’s precision. The sommelier & staff were also so wonderful & it was a truly delightful experience - sometimes fine dining can feel a bit stiff & formal, with the constant stream of courses interrupting conversation. Here, the experience was such that we learned so much with Santi & the team’s explanations of each course, yet in an intimate manner so we still enjoyed our dinner companions. Would love to come back anytime - gracias a todos!!

DINS Santi Taura is without a doubt one of the most fantastic restaurants in Palma. Exclusive, refined and yes – expensive – but absolutely worth every single moment.

The location alone is breathtaking. Every corner is beautifully designed and thoughtfully curated. You immediately feel that this place is about precision, artistry and respect for cuisine. The service is outstanding: warm, attentive and highly professional. A true highlight was meeting Santi Taura himself – he came to every table, which made the experience feel incredibly personal.

Watching the perfectly structured team of chefs in the open kitchen was fascinating. The local dishes, many of which we didn’t know before, were exceptional – every bite told a story. We chose a more premium wine pairing and wow… not a single wine missed the mark. Each pairing elevated the dishes to another level. Absolute harmony.

And the bread… honestly, don’t get me started. I would have loved to take four loaves home with me.

This is a place to truly appreciate. You need to be open to the cuisine and understand that this is culinary art. If that’s not what you’re looking for, this might not be the place for you. We even had a nearby table complaining about the set menu and wanting à la carte – which felt completely misplaced. Thankfully, it didn’t affect our evening at all, thanks to our wonderful waiter.

Highly, highly recommended. We will definitely return – see you again in 2026.

He greeted us with bay leaves towels from his garden. The visit was absolutely worth it, and the Michelin star is well deserved. The only thing I missed was having the course list available on the website in advance.

I definitely recommend it. A very interesting and delicious way to present the local cuisine. We had the chance to sit at the chef’s table and watch the exquisite dishes being prepared. The chef himself charmed us with his personality—an artistic nature with many talents. The plates in which the food was served were also handmade by him.
The only thing I didn’t like was the narrow space between the table and the wall behind me, as the waiters often passed through and kept bumping my chair.
I recommend this place.
