As a first time buyer in Majorca, I was delighted to find a business where client service was at the centre of their offering. They offered at properties within my specification and budget and my great recommendations in respect of lawyers and other professionals I needed to engage with. Nothing was too much trouble. In these days of declining service standards, it was refreshing to find a business delivering a really first class client service.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Properties shown were right on spec and within budget. Support through the buying process was well informed and kept momentum up to complete. Of particular help was the brochure that covered so much that might otherwise have needed research - such as the tax and fees, legalities etc. Extra services such as introduction to a very efficient solicitor and also a foreign exchange broker saved time and money. Conclusion:First Class.
