I stayed at Hotel Feliz on 23 November and left with mixed feelings. The room was clean and the mattress was okay, and I appreciated the good quality soap. However, there was no water boiler for coffee or tea, which is a basic convenience I expected. The staff were polite but not very involved — they did their job but without much engagement.
Most facilities were simply “okay”: the sauna was fine, the breakfast was acceptable, and the location is convenient enough.
The major issue, and the reason I am giving two stars, is the HOT WATER PROBLEM. During my stay, the shower water was literally freezing. When I asked the staff, I was told it was a problem “only for that day.” However, reviews from a week earlier mention the exact same issue, so clearly the hotel is aware of this but has not fixed it. Hot water is a MUST HAVE UNCONDITIONAL BASIC requirement in any hotel, and not addressing this quickly with a over chill staff attitude this is unacceptable.
I hope the management takes this seriously and resolves it properly for future guests.

A wonderful place to relax. It's one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed in this year. I'll definitely be back. The breakfasts are excellent. In the evenings, you can unwind and relax on the terrace with a beautiful view of the harbor. I had a single room—very clean and comfortable. The staff are the nicest people :)

The hotel is small but charming, the staff are very friendly and a great asset to the hotel. The breakfast was good with many different options, and the room was very clean the staff do a great job in the hotel overall.
The only downsides were the comfort of the bed, it was just a thin foam mattress which for me personally was not comfortable. There were also a lot of noise coming from something that sounded like a water pump or something mechanical this went on all day and night unfortunately. The water in the shower was changing suddenly from hot and cold and varying water pressure by the second which wasn't great.
I would return however as I believe the hotel has better potential and these issues wouldn't reoccur.

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff utmost friendly.
Breakfast is made with love and you have all the choices. Fresh pressed OJ and so many fruits
As a coffee nerd: I like the espresso
And in the evening the espresso martinis are delicious, too. The view from the rooftop is beautiful!
We have to come back
Parking next door in the garage possible and for Palma affordable as well. (~30€/day)
