Isla Mallorca & Spa

I loved this hotel. Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff, great breakfast, relaxing spa and pool, and a convenient yet quiet location in Palma. Good value and welcoming atmosphere for a comfortable city break. Highly recommended the coffee bar and bakery at the bottom of the hill 3 minutes away.

From terrible reception to tiny rooms and not being allowed to eat at the lobby your own food this hotel has been anything but a host. They will treat you as a bag of money nothing else. There are many better places than here for the same or better price. The spa is not included. I do not recommend. I visited 3 hotels during my stay in Palma and this is the absolute worst one. Only good point is the beds are good, pillows are not.

Not waste the money here.. this place will not gove you anything.. rooms are bad and plus they are trying you to charge for everything.. employees are ultra bad and they are really not happy to do anything.. they are there like by force.. limitless unhappy people... so expensive for just sleeping.. I stayed several hotels in Mallorca and it is the worse.. you are going to ask just for the newspaper and they are really ultra weird when they are answering even. and they just want you to charge you.. rooms are ultra and ultra tiny.. after showering not posible to stay at the room because of the humilty.. did I mantion before how tiny rooms they have.. and service is ultra bad. plese dont waste here.. not able to believe we gave 500 euro here and just able to sleep and shower.. like a hostal.. no pool and no anything.. and you can not even use the lobby to eat your food.. they are really money oriented people.. they dont really care about you..

Great location within walking distance to harbour and center, rental (e-) Bikes also available. We had a quiet, very clean room with a sunny balcony with a great view on the harbour (with some buildings in-between but still nice). Pool was closed for winter, but nice Spa accessible at low extra cost. Good price- quality breakfast at bar.

We love this hotel it’s our second time of staying in 18 months. The hotel is perfectly located only a 10 minute walk to the outskirts of the old town, but away from the busy tourist area so nice and quiet. The rooms are fab we’ve stayed above the spa and in the main hotel with a terrace room. The facilities are excellent with a gym and spa and two outside pool areas. We didn’t do bed and breakfast, but are around the pool area and the food was excellent and well priced. The staff are lovely and accommodating and very friendly. We have booked directly with the hotel and communication before hand was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised when 2hrs after a check in there was a knock at the door and we were given a complimentary bottle of fizz for staying a second time. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly be staying again!
