Great location - 15 min walk to the city.
Fantastic breakfast - a la carte rather than buffet. Hot choices - eggs - poached, scrambled, fried, boiled, eggs benedict, omelette with various fillings, English- sausage, beans, bacon - all piping hot and freshly cooked. Also lovely coffees, freshly squeezed orange juice, smoothies, continental- ham, cheese, yogurt & museli, fresh fruit salad, pastries, toast.
Comfortable beds, lovely furnishings, great bathroom - shower hot & powerful, lovely Rituals products.
Staff mostly great, couple of not so friendly ones. Room was tiny, no drawers for clothes but shelves adequate for a 4 night stay. Beds were 2 singles but comfortable.
Supposed to be sound proof room but wasn't.
Pool area nice but very small.
Good stay overall and would stay again.

A very welcoming and friendly hotel with very good facilities including a pleasant and well-priced restaurant with excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bathroom small but very well designed: the shower is excellent. It is quiet and peaceful unless a siren is passing by. The rooftop facilities are delightful.

Room was spacious and clean. Apart from the bathroom which felt quite cramped. Staff friendly on reception and helped us book taxis when we needed it. Only lost a star as felt like the location wasn’t great…felt a bit far from the centre and was a bit of a walk. Rooftop little pool was nice with the lounges and saw a few sunsets/sunrise from there which was nice. Also having one inside with a sauna. Felt a bit noisy in terms of traffic outside in a built up area but when in the room it was not a problem

I loved the interior design, especially the large windows that brought in so much natural light. The toiletries smelled amazing, I even went on the website to buy those products cause I’ve never seen those scent at Rituals but they didn’t have it on the website :( probably it’s exclusive to hotels.

Overall it made coming back after a long day feel truly pampering

I give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars because overall everything was great. The room was spacious and nicely designed, and I really liked the Rituals soap and shower gel. The rooftop pool area is beautiful and has an amazing atmosphere. A small thing to keep in mind is that you need to bring your own towel for the pool or the beach, otherwise you have to pay a 10 euro deposit in cash. There is also no hotel parking, the nearest parking garage is about a ten minute walk away. The staff did not seem very motivated, but it did not bother me much. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.
