We started our stay in Mallorca with a disappointing experience — our first rental, booked through Mallorca Select, was misadvertised and didn’t meet our expectations. Thankfully, within 24 hours, mallorca select stepped in and relocated us to a much better property that aligned with what we were looking for. Their service throughout was responsive and helpful. While certain requests (like a freezer or proper TV/audio systems) were initially missing, Mallorca Select stepped in and provided them, even when the property managers did not. The responsiveness of the Mallorca Select team truly made the difference.
