Great location but cleanliness could be improved. The hotel has an excellent location — very close to bus stops, nice dining areas, and the beach. The view from our room was amazing. However, it wasn’t the cleanest place; the towels in our room had stains, which was disappointing. Breakfast was okay and served as an open buffet.

A very good hotel for your vacation. Raquel it s a good person, she helped us with everything. If you want to stay at this hotel, keep in mind that you have a nice see view and a lot of things to do.

I stayed at MLL Blue Bay Hotel in Palma and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall service. The room was dirty upon arrival, the floor had dust everywhere and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bedsheets didn’t smell fresh, and the bathroom was shockingly small and filthy. There were black and yellow stains on the bathtub walls, the shower curtain had marks on it, and the sink had dried mucus stains on our first day not to mention it was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly.
The hotel doesn’t even provide complimentary bottled water, we had to pay €2 each time for a small bottle from a vending machine at reception, which is unacceptable considering the heat. There was also no mini fridge in the room. Parking was an additional €10 per day, even though the parking area was just an open street below the hotel.
The poolside restaurant served frozen paella for €13–15, which was disappointing for a Spanish hotel. The housekeeping staff only changed the towels and made the bed, they did not clean the floor or the rest of the room during our stay.
There was only one small soap provided, which had to be used for both hand and body washing, and we had to buy shampoo separately from the vending machine.
The only positive aspects were the nice view and the friendly staff, which helped us tolerate the stay a little. But overall, it was a terrible experience. I will never return to this hotel.

Disappointed with Our Stay – Not What We Expected
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not what we had hoped for. We had booked and paid for a larger room, but were given a noticeably smaller one that did not match the pictures or description online. This was the first letdown of our stay.
On our first night, we were approached by the receptionist at 2 a.m. because a neighbor had complained about us smoking on the balcony. We were unaware that this was not allowed, as it wasn’t clearly communicated anywhere. The way the situation was handled felt intrusive and quite frightening, especially since it was so late and it startled both me and my sister.
Breakfast was another unpleasant experience. After eating, we each took a cup of coffee and I grabbed an apple to take with me. One of the staff members informed us that we weren’t allowed to take anything out of the dining area unless we paid extra—specifically €0.50 for the apple. It felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
On top of that, the key card to our room stopped working several times during our stay, which added even more frustration to an already stressful experience.
Also you can smoke only at the bar at the pool and if front of the hotel on the street. As i saw a lot of people smoked on the balcony but we couldn’t because they told as so.
Overall, this stay fell far below our expectations. The combination of the room mix-up, strict and poorly communicated rules, unprofessional handling of issues, and technical problems with the room really affected our holiday. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great hotel and I'm surprised it has such a low rating.
The staff is very friendly and helpful in every situation. Moreover, it was one of the cheapest hotel near Palma that I've found, and it was a wonderful stay there. We had room in 7th floor and the view was fantastic!
The best part was breakfast. We had it included in our booking and everything what I tasted was delicious. They add some other meal every day, so we were able to taste even some Spanish stuff. Food is periodically supplemented.
Overall, I'd add 5/5.
