Protur Naisa Palma Hotel

We loved our stay at the Protur hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We appreciated the free welcome drinks. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are modern with comfortable beds. Loved using the small spa with it's pool, sauna and steam room. There is a lovely rooftop pool and seating area which is a must! The location is perfect for walking to all the main tourist areas as everything was within 10 to 20 minutes walking distance.

Hotel is very close to the city centre, you can find coffee shops, restaurants in few minutes walking distance. Open buffet breakfast is great and it’s just 14€. Gym Spa Pool are decent size for city oriented holiday. Reception was so helpful since first moment of entry. We managed to find car par in the street, costs us nothing. I also would like to send my special thanks to reception team for the favour they did last minute saved me from a lot of hustle later on. I have forgotten my wallet in the room and noticed that at the airport, when i called the hotel, they organised a taxi to the airport and delivered my wallet in a nice envelope safe and sound in 20mins. Much appreciated. I would definitely recommend the hotel and planning to come during summer period too.

Very modern and comfortable hotel located in a perfect location in the center of Palma. The hotel looks brand new and is furnished in a very modern and tasteful way. I particularly enjoyed included access to their beautiful spa are and gym room! The breakfast was also absolutely massive and delicious. The room was large with a big shower. Very highly recommend this place.

A fabulous hotel with easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants. The on site parking is a huge bonus and secure too. The staff were all so kind and Lorenc on reception was so helpful and explained everything well. The breakfast choice and quality was outstanding. The rooms are clean, well serviced and very quiet and I would love to stay again.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms and the facilities were excellent. The pool is small and on the cold side but it was refreshing to use between the sauna and steam room. The gym was small (2 machines each but it also had free weight and was good enough for me). I didn't visit the rooftop much in November but the pool was heated up there. Wonderful spread (hot and cold) at breakfast time, the staff were a perfect balance of attentive and friendly without being over the top. The free drink at the bar and at the nearby shopping centre (also panoramic views) was such a nice touch, would definitely stay again. Room were clean and quiet, and everything in walking distance.
