The experience is not "excellent" because though I had full insurance I was told that I must buy one more full insurance from Record go. When I refused I was asked to pay a deposit of 1.400 euros. Now the deposit is returned. But I don't understand why I was forced to buy one more full insurance.

Almost brand new car, clean in good condition. Desk was easy to find and overall procedure was very fast and efficient. Agents were helpful.

They were rude, tried to make us buy their insurance using manipulation techniques, misinformed us at every time they had a chance, and were unavailable when called several times during their working hours. Terrible experience. Never again.

Awful experience, waited 2 hours to pick up car at Palma airport Majorca, sooo disorganised. Never again and would never recommend.
