This was an amazing experience and to fond something like this in mallorca where the starters, main and especially the desserts matching and keeps a high quality...
The anjovis as a starter.. woww
The grilled tuna... another woooww.
And more...
Service great, and super nice people with a smile.
The only thing I would like to se is a larger selection of red wine/ glass.
But the selection of red per bottles are amazing.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to - my friends and I believe this place deserves a Michelin for taste and creativity. One of the first times I’ve seen an open kitchen as well, so you can appreciate the art that goes into the food. This place is a must in Mallorca!

Definitely one of the best food experiences I’ve even had and the same with my partner. We were sat at the pass and it was a fantastic experience. All the food was incredible, I would love to do a long tasting menu here if they offered it in the future. The shared deserts were especially impressive with it being created at our seats and it is definitely the best desert I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning in the future with friends.

I had an exceptional experience at Mambo. Each dish is exquisitely designed and created with extraordinary attention to detail for all the senses to enjoy. The kindness and attention of each of the servers and the warm atmosphere also added to my experience. Everything we ate was delicious and beautiful. Favorites included: salmorejo, grilled scallop with hollandaise foam, Galician razor clams, beetroot salad, red shrimp carpaccio, anchovies on brioche, suckling pig on lettuce leaf, grilled turbot, monkfish, filet mignon, and short rib. The sustainable chocolate textures dessert is incredible and a work of art. Favorite cocktail was the pisco sour. Overall my experience at Mambo was like a thrilling tasting menu - so delicious and fun. Highly recommend.
