I came here around 3pm and even at that time the restaurant was almost full. The staff immediately asked whether I had a reservation, which says a lot about how busy the place gets. Since I was dining as a pair, they managed to seat us fairly easily, but I would highly recommend making a reservation for any group larger than three people. If you do reserve ahead of time, definitely ask for the seats with the better view as it makes the experience even more enjoyable.
To start, I ordered the Iberian pork croquette with gambusi. The croquette itself was excellent and tasted as though they had been very generous with the jamón, giving it a deep savoury richness throughout. The gambusi, which was essentially a small prawn tartare, was a clever addition to complement the croquette rather than dominate it. It added a light sweetness and freshness that balanced the richness of the pork beautifully without overpowering the dish.
For mains, I ordered two dishes: the taco with mussels, pork cheek, and bone marrow, alongside the grilled octopus with sweet potato.
Starting with the taco, it was made with millo corvo, though if I am being honest, it did not contribute a huge difference in flavour. What truly stood out was the pork cheek. It was cooked perfectly, incredibly soft and tender with that slow cooked texture that almost melts apart effortlessly. The taco was paired with mussels which, unfortunately, were the weakest component for me. Throughout Spain I have generally not had great experiences with mussels, as many carried a slightly overpowering sea flavour that I personally did not enjoy.
The taco also came topped with a small mango salsa which added a touch of sweetness and acidity, balancing the heavier savoury notes of the pork nicely. The real star of the taco though was the bone marrow. Bone marrow is difficult to dislike when prepared properly, and here it was charred beautifully and roasted through perfectly so that it became rich, buttery, and melted in the mouth.
The grilled octopus was also excellent. Cooked perfectly tender with no chewiness whatsoever, which is where many places often fail. The chef seasoned it with Sichuan pepper, giving the dish a slightly different flavour profile while keeping it subtle enough that there was no overwhelming heat or spice. My favourite part was the ends of the tentacles, which had been nicely charred and developed a slight crispness that added great texture to the dish.
Overall, this was a very impressive meal and somewhere I would highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible experience with stunning views. We were lucky because we managed to book at the very last minute and there was a table for us.
The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We were treated like Queens. And the food, it was impeccable. The ingredients as fresh as they could be, cooked to perfection!
Disregard that 1 star review, we were there at the same time as they came and we saw the whole interaction, they didn't have a booking and were extremely entitled expecting the staff to stop themselves mid service to tend to them, they had to wait 2 minutes and were offered a table at a later time, which they declined. Can you imagine leaving a 1 star review without even eating at the restaurant. Says everything about those people.
This place is extremely special, book in advance and expect a royal treatment. Thank you so much to having us!!! We loved it!!!

A hidden gem that exceeded our expectations - simple yet complex and inspiring flavors, created with heart and soul. My only regret is not having enough time to taste all of the items on the menu! *Everything* was outstanding - service, ambiance, flavors, feels... made for the perfect anniversary celebration, and the ultimate way to top off our week on Mallorca. We will be back, can't wait to taste what Chef Marcos creates next!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience here at Ritma. What a hidden gem in the hills of Fornalutx! Everything we ate was complex, full of flavor and delicately balanced. The fact that the chef hand delivered and explained all of the items we ordered in individual courses made our lunch sooo special and unique. And the Views!!! Omg. That was the cherry on top. Best place in Mallorca, hands down.

This was by far the best meal we had on this two week trip throughout the Mediterranean. My Mind is blown away by the ceviche with leche de Tigre sorbet and dense mango foam topped with taijin. Incredibly innovative and still familiar and approachable. Great balance of flavors on everything we ate including the best truffle (cinnamon and pepper) I ever eaten!
