AVOID, SCAMMERS
In October I rented a 4 bedroom house through strand. I was able to stay there for about 4 days before both my pregnant wife and infant daughter were electrocuted by appliances within the house. We urgently contacted agent Guglielmo Nacci who attended the property with an electrician.
The electrician did not fix the problem, merely disconnected the appliances. Leaving an entire family in a house with no electrical earth, if anything were to fault the shock could be lethal with no earth. Both the electrician and Guglielmo Nacci confirmed this, yet Guglielmo advised we stay in the property.
That very evening my 12 month old daughter received an electrical shock from touching a wall.
Me and my family evacuated the house, being left homeless with nowhere to go. We informed the landlord, who agreed to refund. But Guglielmo Nacci refused to refund the agencies €3000 deposit fee for the property despite us only being there a week and having to evacuate due to potentially lethal dangers in the property.
Guglielmo Nacci is a slimey man, untrustworthy and a con-artist.
Do not use strand properties, they are criminals and have been reported to the authorities.
