I loved pretty much everything about this restaurant. Service was great, sommelier did not assist us but I found a beautiful wine on the menu, food was incredibly flavorful without being too salty. Restaurant was relatively empty but didn’t feel empty and speed of service was on point. Good ingredients used; morels, carabineros, lamb filet.. very impressed. Amuse bouche very flavorful. Went for the a la carte option and had difficulty choosing as everything looked great. Perfect timing between dishes too. Staff friendly and not too pushy.

Few points to improve: reservation tool send me at least 20 confirmation messages either through mail or text. Slightly annoying. Light plan a bit too bright for my taste. Prefer a more intimate setting. Desserts lovely, slightly big but nothing to complain.

Tasting menu was fantastic, excellent value for money. Waiting staff were knowledgeable and attentive without being over bearing. Would recommend!

Food and presentation were great - definitely worth trying. Service staff made couple of mistakes, seemed they didn’t communicate with each other which is a shame. Even though there were 2 waiters for 4 tables - not busy.

Aromata, located in an alluring glass-roofed internal courtyard, left a lasting impression with its attentive accommodation of my vegetarian preferences, as I had mentioned it prior to my visit. The dishes not only catered to my dietary needs but also showcased a remarkable presentation that pleased both the eyes and the palate. The flavors were a delightful medley, offering a superb variety that tantalized my taste buds. The staff's kindness and attentiveness added to the overall experience, creating a truly memorable dining experience. Although the portions were slightly small, the exceptional quality and aesthetic appeal of the cuisine more than compensated for it.

Lunch was a very valuable and delightful experience at this Michelin listed restaurant. Only 2 set menus to choose between refer to pictures. The real bargain is the most extensive one. The one dining room is decorated in a simple characteristic way. Service is slow but this is good as it will give you the time to make space for all the courses. Restroom outside in a dedicated modern area of a foundation.
