Hotel Basilica

Hotel Basilica is a place we will definitely come back to. It is extremely well located in Palma and makes it easy to walk just about anywhere. The lobby and common areas are clean and beautiful. The staff is extremely attentive from check in to check out. I would recommend getting breakfast at the hotel. They have a wide variety of food available and it was all so good and an easy way to get the day started. Would highly recommend!

This hotel is a very special place for many reasons- the location is amazing, the staff is awesome /Yana is a fantastic person/, the breakfast is tasty and fresh, there is a menu for pillows, wonderful pool on the roof top and many more. Every detail in this hotel is a special one and there is an extraordinary attitude towards guests.

In mid January, we spent 9 nights at the Hotel Basilica. Loved it! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, tastefully decorated and wonderful hotel in the old town of Palma! The room was lovely with a terrace that really added to our comfort. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and hot dishes made to order. The staff were delightful, professional and very attentive. We could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much!

All the positive reviews aren't exaggerating, this hotel truly is a gem! It's clean and well kept, the room and bathroom spatious and the service immaculate. Truly attentive staff going that extra mile to make your stay really enjoyable. Loved the fresh fruit/berries and eggs made to order at breakfast, and the welcome drink was an appreciated detail. Highly recommend!

Wow - what an excellent stay we had. We came in off season and the hotel was super quiet, extremely clean and well-appointed. The location speaks for itself, super central with amazing rooftop views. The breakfast was wonderful, the rooms very clean and comfortable, super comfy beds and great temperature and pressure in the shower. The staff — I don’t have enough words to describe how great the staff and service is here, including the chef and the cleaning staff. Most notably, Manuela at the front desk made our experience EXCEPTIONAL. Manuela was extremely kind, detail-oriented, proactive and professional, and made us feel so welcome from beginning to end. Her recommendations were also wonderful and we are really glad we ate at the restaurants she so thoughtfully picked out for us based on our tastes. We have genuinely never experienced such amazing service in many years of travelling - Manuela is an amazing hostess and truly deserves a raise. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!!! 1000/10!
