Hotel Hesperia Mallorca

I’d been a beautiful experience in this hotel, due to an incident in Palma I wasn’t able to move from my room for more days than I’ve booked but the staff was lovely, super kind and helpful much more than I expected. No words for the beautiful treatment and comprehension. I would love to give more than 5 stars. Last but super important for me they are pet friendly. Thanks

Positives: spacious bedrooms. Silvana in restaurant. Negatives : Hilly, noisy location. Dated bedrooms. 4 star Comfort rooms without refreshment facilities . No iron/ironboard. Very poor breakfast selection - cold hot plates . Very limited number of boiled and fried eggs , bacon strips each morning - as if rationed! Our experience was shared by other guests . Very disappointed as Trip Advisor reviews misleading as not 4 star standards we expected. Having frequented Palma many times to other 4 star hotels, we were very disappointed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The first thing I noticed was how spotlessly clean everything was

from the lobby to the linens, the housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in their work. The location is unbeatable, putting me right in the heart of everything while still offering a peaceful atmosphere to rest. Given the quality of the service and the prime spot, it is incredible value for the price. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Very nice hotel, amazing staff and service, the only reason i gave 4 not 5 stars is because my room faced the main walkway everyone used to go in and out of their rooms. Loud noise from people coming and going all night unfortunately. I will still go again.

Really enjoyed our stay here even though it was not in season. Fantastic view and quiet location. Rooms are lovely, clean and staff very welcoming. Will definitely be coming back. The hotel is situated near the port and bit out from the city centre but only 2 euros away on the bus or a short taxi ride from everything. We really enjoyed our stay.
