Hotel Saratoga

Deluxe room with city view is great. We had a view from the balcony to the marina, the park and the surrounding hills with the castle. Very comfortable king size bed. Quiet but central location. El Corte Ingles and numerous patisseries etc around the corner.

The rum Service is terrible you don't even put soap to bathe or you put it on the sheet they changed it only once in a week more than a week. The variety in the food in the horrible breakfast today, December 31, the Hotel was so full because they gave them away to fill it, they gave it away because the price is on the Internet, But the same amount of employees who were giving the bad service to 40 guests are now giving it to 300 guests the same amount of Inés two employees or cheap.
Conclusions you are paying for an extremely supposedly expensive Hotel for something that is extremely cheap service quality price does not work

I have stayed at Hotel Saratoga several times, even during the COVID period, and previously booked through booking platforms. This time I booked directly with the hotel – unfortunately, I got by far the worst room in my category. It’s disappointing, especially since one would expect loyal guests to receive better treatment when booking directly.

The room itself was underwhelming. The bathroom has no ventilation, so after showering or using the toilet, moisture and odors linger in the room.

The location and service remain positive aspects, but this stay was clearly disappointing in terms of the room.

Amazing! Such a wonderful stay we had at Saratoga. The rooms are clean, simple but very accommodating. The hotel has plenty of amenities and the staff was always super nice and helpful. I would 100% recommend staying here while in Palma.

What a wonderful hotel! Perfect location in the heart of Palma. Very friendly and attentive staff. Three beautiful pools invite you to relax, especially the rooftop pool with its breathtaking view of the cathedral and the harbor. The dinner can also be highly recommended. We will definitely be back!
