Hotel Saratoga

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect, right in the centre and within easy walking distance of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was modern, spotless, and well-equipped. A highlight for us was the rooftop bar, which offered stunning views overlooking the cathedral. The food and drinks were also very reasonably priced.

Perfect hotel for a city holiday and relaxation. Location is absolutely optimal so you can see it all within walking distance. The rooftop terrace is perfect with a small pool and sun loungers, good drinks, sweet staff. Nice clean hotel. Can warmly recommend the hotel, will be happy to return if we are going to Palma.

We enjoyed a week in the Saratoga Hotel Palma. The fifth floor room was comfortable and had a small balcony looking over a swimming pool. Breakfast is in a nice bright comfortable room with good selection of food and coffee. We found their cafe/bar on the ground floor and the lounge behind very useful for drinks and light meals. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A nice place very near the centre.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and love where it is central in Palma. The rooms are comfortable and the pool area spacious. Breakfast is plentiful in a bright pleasant dining area. I want to give a special mention to receptionist Alba Portillo. Due to our room being cancelled via an agent unknown to us, she handled the problem professionally and good natured. We will gladly stay here again. Thank you Alba.
