It's a small indoor place but the service and warmth of the staff was truly amazing. The ladies there were very sweet and explained the theme behind the restaurant and also recommended drinks based on the main course

If simplicity at its best had an address, La Malvasia would be it. And when I say simplicity, I mean doing the most amazing subtle things to the best fresh ingredients that brings out the most spectacular flavors. The menu is perfectly curated, not overwhelming with experiments and variety that can boggle your senses even before you start eating. The recipes really bring out the beautiful flavors of the highlight ingredients. We ordered the potato bravas, de la yaya, COD fish, ravioli, tacos, and cheescake. Everything was made to perfection. The spanish omelette was probably the best I have had and the potato bravas were delicious with the little sauce on top. COD was probably my personal favorite but everything (repeating) was delicious.
It will be a disservice to not mention the service we received. The staff there is wonderful and friendly. They start you with a brief but beautiful overview of what the restaurant stands for and the menu. Our server Monica was great in explaining all the dishes and drinks. She was really friendly and spoke multiple languages. We had to wait a little for the table but the wait of every bit worth it.
Highly recommend. Do not miss this place if you are in palma.

Really beautiful restaurant, amazing food, all dishes designed to share, and each better than the last. The food was delicious and the service even better. The aubergine and the chicken skewers were standouts! Big thank you to Ycee who looked after us and our little boy so well!

Wow what a great experience! We had made reservations for Saturday lunch and I’m glad we kept it because they were starting to turn away people without reservations. Service was friendly, and food was great! Our host was Julia and she was lovely and a great help in deciding what we wanted to order. Our favorite dishes were the Spanish potato salad (will have to come back for that for sure) and the pan de Cristal (my husband almost licked the plate clean, he loved the olive oil so much).
