Vermuturía Rosa is a haven for tapas, the kind of place where you order everything that catches your eye and somehow it all works together. The vibe is casual, the energy lively, and the food is seriously good.

We started with anchovies on soft, warm bread with dreamy butter, followed by rich, creamy beef tartare. Then came the classics: padrón peppers, garlic prawns, toreznos, calamari, clams, and the squid over potatoes—an underrated combo. The chargrilled artichoke topped with jamón was my standout dish, smoky, flavorful, and perfectly executed.

The dish of the day was a lentil stew with fish—corvina when we went—mild, flaky, and perfectly cooked. Dessert was just as memorable: a rich chocolate cake and creamy cheesecake to finish.

Vermuturía Rosa is made for long lunches that effortlessly turn into dinners, best enjoyed with a glass or two of vermut.

Delicious food dining at the bar. Specialises in vermouth, although I’m not a drinker of it. Would recommend the octopus and croquettes, of which they allowed me to try one of each!

Excellent service! Nabil is a legend, he was very accommodating. The only con is that the breakfast area can be crowded. All in all, it's a great hotel. We were able to use the wellness area at Hotel Tres! Great hotel in the middle of the city centre. The cathedral and the Olivar Market is not too far. So many good restaurants nearby!

Excellent service and the restaurant had alot of character. Really well decorated. The food was very good, the omelette and garlic prawns were top tier. Octopus leg was good but slightly too burnt on the bottom. The vermut was also top.

We ended up at La Rosa on the recommendation of a local working in a nearby shop — and I’m so glad we did. This turned out to be the best dining experience of my entire trip.

Every tapa we tried was beautifully executed — each one a perfect, delicious bite. I’ll be dreaming of the garlic red prawn croquettes and the grilled Iberian pork with truffled parmentier — both absolutely unforgettable.

The atmosphere is modern and inviting, and we were able to walk in and get a table for six upstairs. You truly get what you pay for here. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll absolutely return.
