Mar de Nudos Mediterranean & Japanese cuisine

Very beautifully organized restaurant in a very nice location in the heart of Palma.
We ordered sushi at about 15.00h (spicy tuna rolls) as starters and were served ice cold sushi. I am 100% sure they were made at least one day before and kept in a fridge, the tuna was ice cold and the color did not look fresh and the taste was meshy. It was not freshly made. We asked the staff about it and he said may be the rice was in the fridge. Nothing more he said. They made it either in the morning or a day before.
Then we ordered a seafood salad for the main course which has no taste at all.
We ordered the Entrecôte medium rare, but it was served well done, only with one slice of Zucchini, one slice peppers and one slice of eggplant unter the meat. The Entrecote was served in two slices of meat. The herb butter was served totally melted in an unsuitable dark sauce, normally one would serve the butter on the meat or at the side not melted in the sauce. I really wanted return the dish back but no staff was around. ( I ate a piece of the steak and waited for someone to come to ask whether the food was ok but nobody attended, even though we were the only guests sitting inside the restaurant apart from one table with guests sitting on the terrace for drinks. When a staff member finally arrived I informed about the well done steak instead of medium-rare, not even a word of apology. Three different staff members attended from the start to the end of the meal, none of them was really interested in us, then I started reading the google reviews which I should have done before entering.
We normally would not complain or write so negative of any restaurant unless it’s really really disappointing. For the price quality relation was inappropriate.

Very nice location, excellent quality of food and a very nice atmosphere, Very professional and friendly staff, nice dj set as add on. We really enjoyed our visit and the entire evening. We’ll be back.

Our favorite Restaurant in Palma. Really high quality food and super nice Ambiente. We love the vibe here and we never leave Palma without visiting Mar de Nudos. The staff is very very nice - shoutout to Sergio Gomez!

The place is beautiful and we were lucky to get a window table overlooking the yachts. The service was excellent we didn’t wait too long and we haven’t been rushed either. The only disappointment I had is that the seafood linguini I’ve ordered had grit/sand in it from the mussels that I guess haven’t been washed properly. There wasn’t enough of seafood, most shells were empty. My partner had a turbot which he enjoyed very much. Shame about my dish it could’ve been perfect.

A gorgeous spot for food and views of the harbour. We visited for lunch on a very warm day and it was a lovely spot to cool down under the shaded terrace. The staff were very attentive and good-humored. They didn't rush us from our table which was nice so we could enjoy the views of the yachts and stay cool after our meal. We ordered a range of sushi and pasta dishes so there is something for everyone. I had sushi which was a decent portion for the price but not too filling for lunch. The decor inside is stunning, the tableware is lovely and there is lots of dried flowers hung everywhere which makes it a great spot for a snap for Instagram.
